If you desire something a bit different from the usual trick or treat this Halloween, Adelaide Zoo is hosting its popular Boo at the Zoo event on the 26th of October from 4pm to 8pm.

The lantern parade commences at 8pm but visitors can enjoy a wide range of community and roving performances as well as numerous food options from Adelaide's most iconic food trucks starting from 3pm.

See works of over 40 art centres from across Australia.

Spectators can expect to enjoy quality Mexican wrestling, complemented by traditional music, fantastic comedy, rushing excitement, and vibrant colours all around them.

At the festival launch, held in the repurposed buildings of the old Royal Adelaide Hospital, we got to taste some of Woodside Cheese Wrights fabulous cheeses, coupled with crunchy baguettes of sourdough bread and beautifully fermented smallgoods in a multitude of guises.

There will be displays and demonstrations from community and craft groups, plus an animal farm.

Last year's event attracted 6000 people 100s of dogs.

Created by the same team behind Adelaide Fringe Gluttony venue hub, Lucky Dumpling Market is returning this year, following its debut during the 2017 OzAsia Festival.

Kevin Tarling is an expert in historic weapons.

Cheese Festival and only Fermentation Festival has been combined into one location over two days this Spring.

Torrens Valley Community Kindergym are holding their first ever Torrens Valley Kids Market on Sunday, 28th October 2018, from 11am until 3pm in Gumeracha Town Hall.

The Research Day is an opportunity to recognise, celebrate and provide insight into the high-quality research conducted across the University.

You can also volunteer on the day, to hit the streets and sell bandannas, so no young person has to face cancer alone.

On Friday, 26th October 2018, don't miss your chance to venture over to Elizabeth North Primary School's bi-annual fete.
